Valley Bakery

Fresno, CA 93721    Map

Founded back in 1922 in what used to be known as Fresno's Armenia Town neighborhood, Valley Bakery (also known as The Original California Baking Company) still stands today in its original location and ran by the same family that originally founded it. Famous for their lahvosh and peda cracker bread, Valley Lahvosh Bakery has a large bakery and distribution center in the back of their storefront on M Street. The store itself is somewhat of a time capsule, displaying plaques, newspaper articles, awards, and other memorabilia that the bakery has collected over the decades.
