Cafe Bravo is a small, casual kabob eatery, with big character. The food is great and very reasonably priced (majority of items on menu are under $7), but what really makes this place is the atmosphere. Wall to wall the restaurant is decorated with mahogany framed, old, black and white, family photos, mostly of the restaurant's owner and his father. Another item of interest is the open kitchen, where customers can see all of their meat being cooked on the large grill and delivered to their table (or hands in case of to-go orders) hot off the grill.

For what you pay this place is very good. It doesn't have spectacular food, but its certainly MUCH better than the other kabob place down the street (don't want to mention any names, but let's just say its name starts with the same letter as Cafe Bravo). It is on par with other decent kabob restaurants around town and the inside atmosphere is welcoming enough that one can sit down and eat comfortably alone or with friends. I also enjoyed the fact that they have an open kitchen so you can actually see what is going on, not to mention the conversation of the cooks (if the place is not too busy).

I love their Lamb Kabobs! The plates are a bit big and I hardly put a dent in it so my BF and I split it and get extra pita bread on the side. It's the only... Read More...
