Yeah..I agree. Great food and the service is a little slow. I think thats expected with kabobs because it needs time to grill but they should put a sign up or something regarding the waiting time. The wait is well worth it though and at least you can go around the mall for 5-10 minutes while youre waiting. One thing: the cashier people are always nice.
