Homenetmen
The Sydney Ararat chapter of the worldwide Homenetmen organization was established in 1980. In the year 2000 the Ararat chapter merged with the Hamazkaine organization's Sydney Nairi chapter. Today, these two organizations work hand-in-hand to offer numerous activities such as scouting and sports for all ages, community support with the Toomanian Saturday School and Hrashk Playgroup, and cultural events such as dance and song concerts for the community. These two organizations also publish the most popular Armenian English magazine in the country: Garoon.

Hye Hoki's website is the authoritative source on finding events and activities happening in the Armenian community in Australia.
